Thanks for this info. I read the texas manual and it had many great questions to think about before recruitment and also alot more detail on process. I loved the way they broke down the week and showed outfit suggestions day by day. This makes it so much easier to plan. But I loved the color and format of the manual. They must have put alot of time and effort into the manual as it looked totally professional. I also loved the house pictures and brief info about each chapter. Big High Five to Texas - job well done. See why they say that in Texas the motto is 'go big or go home'....they certainly went big on manual. Loved it. Hope everyone takes a look as its totally worth it.
