The OP is seriously offbase about GPhi. GPhi last fall actually made the decision to cut names harder than they had to in order to make sure that they got only the people that were serious about the house. When I first heard about this situation I totally respected the house as what they did was clearly a risk. The fact that everything worked out for them is a testament to their sisterhood and leadership. I'm not in the house but was on panhel and all I can say is well done GPhi. Total respect for this house.
