When I went through recruitment, there was no indication of which houses were on what kind of probation, which is unfortunate. (This is not to throw shade) I know PiPhi last year had either a pre-existing or got into a smaller social probation at the beginning of the school year so they didn't have an invite. Again, not to throw shade, but my friend joined and had no idea until after bid day. Also slightly unrelated, I know people in ChiO who dropped because they still had to pay full dues (or close to it) if they studied abroad. I also know Zeta requires full dues while abroad. Most, if not all, have dues while abroad but for example my house has a much reduced abroad fee.
