I'm an incoming student and there is alot of chatter on here about retention and I'm confused. Does anyone know exactly how the houses rank in terms of retention? I'm just wondering if tons of girls pledge as freshmen, for the parties etc, but then they all drop by junior/senior years? If you look at the graduation pictures on social media and compare them to historical pledge class size you can get a sense of the situation (maybe). Does anyone know the real numbers?
