Spend time looking at how people are being treated by the sisters in the house and how the sisters treat EACH OTHER. Then think about how you are being treated and WHETHER YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. I won't say rankings are irrelevant but given the sisterhood issues we have seen at some of the houses I seriously question how aware PNMs were about how the sisters interacted with each during recruitment and how PNMs felt they were treated. There are tons of comments on this site about last year and this will give you the 411 on what to be aware of as you make the rounds. Few people talk about sisterhood during the intro to recruitment but at the end of the day its the glue that holds a house together. If you look at the houses with sisterhood issues its easy to see as an outsider from the moment you enter the house. Don't be fooled by rankings and phoniness and really watch what is happening around you. The houses with sisterhood issues have poor leaders and have had their heads in the sand on this topic for a few years now and its finally starting to show up in the public rankings.
