Typically as parties fill up they get stricter in regards to bids so going earlier is my best recommendation or having a friend in the house get you in. I will add, if you are rejected please handle it with dignity, frats are just trying to ensure that they don't get in trouble, and it's oftentimes pledges working the door who are just obeying orders. Don't take it personally, it's just a way to protect themselves. I've personally been screamed at for minutes when we're at capacity and can't let in more people.
