Most houses will be doing spring, including top houses. They all had like a week long COB in the fall, a this year not only was turn out for recruitment terrible, but a lot of girls dropped. Go to as many houses as you can in the spring, even Theta/ZTA. Just a note, ZTA has an invisible social calendar. No invites/exchanges at all.
