After three years of being at Cal, I thought i'd provide my opinion on rankings (no difference within each tier): KA, DKE, Zete, SAE are top. ATO, Sigma Chi, Pike, Fiji are upper middle. AEPi, DU, Chi Phi, Phi Tau, Phi Psi are middle. PiKap, TKE, Delta Chi, Sig Nu are lower middle. Sigep, Chi Psi, TDX, Alpha Delt, Theta Chi are lower. Everyone else is pretty irrelevant.
