KA: KA is by far the best affiliated house. They’re seen as the white surfer bro house, and typically viewed as more gentlemany/ soft than the other top houses. They’ve consistently thrown the most parties this past year. Like Zete and SAE when they throw a party all of the top sororities go for the most part. They’re a pretty big house with a solidly diverse group of guys. If you’re looking for nice guys then you’ve found the right place. KA ‘s are most commonly the surfer from SoCal who sometimes doesn’t have a whole lot of texture but is super nice. Although they definitely have some very sick guys. They are typically pretty academically inclined, and have a lot of really smart guys. They have a nice house that’s solid for gamedays with the only drawback being it isn’t in a great location. They’re friends with all the good sororities, but are typically just that: friends.
