Take your ideas to those in charge. Your long thoughts and hard work go for naught if those seeing it here can do nothing for you and your situation. It's probably true that very few of us reading this hold panhellenic positions. Get ahold of those campus and sorority persons who can truly help you, don't simply complain here. We can tell you truly desire to leave a mark on your campus, but you should leave it with those who can help you and fix the situation not those who can merely comment.
