To the person preaching 'discretion' please give some thought to why people are posting anonmously on a crappy website like this one about panhel issues. People in our system feel they have zero voice and that the overwhelming majority of people in leadership positions want to maintain an out of date and 100+ year old status quo. Not only do we have no voice but there are no leaders and we are saddled with an administration that provides zero guidance and support (witness the AOPi situation). I think discussion here would stop if panhel stepped up. Give it some thought.
