It is good to see people airing views on the loss of AOII at Cal. For many, the loss is still raw and not fully resolved. But as it relates to our panhel community the AOII situation is in our rear view mirror and so I think we all need to move on and think about the future. We had record numbers going through recruitment last fall and sizable pledge classes at many houses. The loss of AOII definitely impacted recruitment last year and as they won't be a returning member of panhel it seems like we need some new ideas and solid leadership to move into the future. Looking at the recruitment stats broadly from last fall it is logical to believe that we need at least one new colony to pick up the slack from the loss of AOII and increased interest in membership. Colony development doesn't happen overnight. So, what is the plan?
