I don't believe they're getting tau house. The house is owned by Aephi, who still wants to come back to campus and therefore isn't selling. I heard they were getting phi psi's house. Also, after looking at their pics, they're meh looking. Lots of older girls, so recruitment may be hard. I'd still put them below theta.
