Honestly 'No' the super secret COB discussion IS NOT A RUMOR, ITS A FACT! Not sure if you don't know what is going on in your own house, but please wake up and smell the crapa! Your sisters have been meeting with friends of friends and upping your ranks and you don't have a clue. Get real. I know whats going on and I don't even belong to kappa but watch what is going on as its pretty obvious. Yes there are panhel rules but with our pathetic no rules no leaders panhel it is possible to do super secret COB and yes it happens and yes it happens every year at multiple houses. So, its not a rumor, ITS A FACT! Ask at your next general meeting or better yet look around and see if you see any new faces at your next general meeting.
