Umm. Thanks for the post. Just trying to understand your post better. I'm trying to figure out if houses that didn't make quota couldn't use a snap process to reach out to pnms that for whatever reason dropped in pref or round prior to pref or weren't pleased with their pref choices? If pnms knew that snap bids existed it might keep them in the process longer. Not sure though. Will have to think about it a bit more and chat with friends at other schools to see if there is some other way other than the secret COB. On the COB issue I do think it would be worthwhile for panhel to post on its website how many spots are available. This deals with the allegations of poor transparency and also sets expectations. I know the houses that have had retention issues that are widely discussed perhaps don't want more publicity of their issues, but I believe that the more time we take to educate pnms the better the recruitment results will be. Will be back here after some more research on this topic.
