As for adding another chapter, you're not going to see that happen until (a) Panhellenic determines Zeta is flourishing, and (b) the chapters feel the pledge classes are too big for their houses. Then the school will announce they are open for expansion. Different sororities may or may not apply to colonize. Then those sororities will do a presentation and will be voted on. It's not so easy, but can happen. I don't know how other houses feel, but we're pretty fine with our pledge class sizes, the girls that want to live in can live in, etc. So I'm not sure we'd push for a new house, but if the other sororities feel like the pledge class sizes are overwhelming you might see one added.
