<strong>Subject:</strong><br />advice for (spring) pnms<br /><br /> Poster Message:
in my opinion, it's a bad idea to look at this page before going through recruitment. It's hard having an idea in your head about what houses are referred to as "top" and which ones are not. Being in a sorority is about finding a difference and making a difference in our community and through each house's philanthropy. Cal is hard but being in a house is supposed to give you the support and sisterhood you need. I'm not going to say people can't put whatever they want on here, but for the most part, these discussions are negative and only hurt the Greek Community. Finding your fit isn't ending up in a house just because you want the image that comes along with it. Finding your fit is about ending up with girls you genuinely click with best. I get that rush is stressful no matter what year you are, whether you're rushing fall or spring, how many people you know in Greek life, etc. but this page can only make it more stressful. If you're rushing in the spring, I advise you to look no further than this post and to start getting excited about finding a home come 2017! (If you are currently a member of the Greek community, feel free to leave any advice down below for girls looking to rush in the future or even what you wish you knew when you were going through rush or for new members- what you wish you knew as a pledge)
