Duh, thanks for shedding some light on what might have happened this year. But there must be a way to better fill classes more evenly so that more PNMs stay in the system and don't drop out - the Kappa pledge situation to me still seems to be a mystery given that even if it wasn't a first choice for many it certainly could have been #2 or #3. Something happened this year with the process that resulted in sizable class size disparity and I'm not so sure its in the best interests of our system. Trying to figure out what can be changed to improve the situation as I think we lost a lot of good people this year and thats a loss to the entire system I think. Maybe we need a couple of new colonies?
