To 'expanhel' does it make sense to you that Kappa (or any house for that matter) has a smaller pledge class than other houses? This is a year where nearly 1,000 PNMs were looking to join a house and where nearly 200 PNMs dropped out to the process? I am not sure these numbers reflect positively on our system at all but this is something that we need to discuss and debate. This was also a year where we sadly saw the loss of a house that is/was a valuable member of our community. It just seems odd to me that virtually all the houses stepped up this year to take on the challenge of larger pledge classes while Kappa either refused or didn't have to take on more pledges. I agree with the above comments that this situation is indeed odd and presently inexplicable. Does anyone have a concrete answer to the question being asked? I agree with the person that wrote that they are annoyed about the entire situation. It doesnt seem like Panhel did the right thing by all the PNMs that went through recruitment this year.
