Many PNMs down voted Kappa during recruitment and preferred other houses this year. Perhaps PHC "gave" Kappa fewer pledges as those were the only PNMs that wanted Kappa - other houses were more requested by PNMs and so those houses got more pledges? More people wanted houses other than Kappa this year and so those more requested houses got more pledges. It is odd to see the disparity in the pledge class sizes in 2016. Must be a better explanation than those are the numbers given to Kappa by PHC. Put your thinking caps on ladies and find out the 'truth' as none of these explanations make much sense.
