Basically the only thing you need to know is the top three (KKG,Pi Phi and DG) and the bottom three (Tridelt, Theta and GPhiB). The middle tier switches around and depends on who you ask. I'm in a mid tier frat that associates with all the mid tier houses, and all I can say is I prefer the lower mid houses over some of the higher ones. They are cute and more down to Earth. That's just my opinion though.
