Yes, that ranking seems accurate and up to date.I can just say NO ONE will debate the top 3 being Kappa, PiPhi and DG and the bottom 3 being Tridelt, GPhi and Theta. It's the middle houses where ratings are debated over and depend on who you ask. People currently agree that SK, APhi and ChiO are the upper mid houses (party more, and are more prominent in the Greekcommunity) and ADPi, AOPi and AXO are the lower mid houses (more low key, fewer party girls in those houses) Generally, top and bottom house ranks don't change much, but mid changes up every year depending on the pledge classes.
