I live in the area and go to Berkeley a lot and I'm a Delt at an out of state school and I haven't seen their house anytime I've driven around the "greek row" or whatever you guys refer to it. Basically I'm just curious as to what their reputation is and if they have a house cause I'd be down to go visit sometime, thanks.
