FALL '12 - really

Bottom Houses: GPhiB & Theta got WAY cuter/hotter girls for fall'11 and spring '12 than DDD & ADPi. Also i know that both GPhiB and Theta have super motivated/good rush chairs. I predict that in the next few years DDD & ADPi will become the bottom two houses, also the arrival of ZTA will support this. Middle Houses: AOPi is on the rise - waaay cute girls and more visibility. AXO is falling down (mixture of not cuter girls and not being involved in ANYTHING) same with XO. APhi (sadly) will probably do really well in rush (they have skeevy, but effective rush tactics. Top Houses: Kappa - always top, doesn't matter that they took non-cute legacies. SK will replaced PiPhi (they are slowly going down cause of their bad rep) as number 3, cuter and more importantly NICER girls are in SK. DG, will stay as number two, classy and beautiful girls.
