I’m a freshman about to rush from what I’ve heard this is what it’s like Top: Sig Chi, Pi Kapp, SAE (everybody says SAE is the top frat but some girls will swear on their life it’s Sig Chi or Pi Kapp) Upper Mid: Pike, Theta Chi Mid: ZBT, Beta, Phi Delt (I’ll put AEPi here but half the girls im friends with say they suck and half say they’re basically here, also this tier is confusing because some of my friends say these frats have the best parties and worst guys or vice versa) Lower mid: TKE (heard there’s some chillers in this frat it’s just super disorganized though so they have a low ceiling) Bottom: Lambda, A Sig
