Not even affiliated with Greek life at UM as I am a PhD student here… but I was once in an Ivy League sorority back in undergrad and figured this might be a way to reach the relevant people. Every time I ever try to study on campus in ANY of the designated quiet study spaces, I encounter women in Zeta sweatshirts that cannot seem to comprehend that these spaces are not meant for catching up with friends. EVEN in the graduate only, designated library for my major, these women manage to make their way in noisily. Please Zetas, PLEASE out of respect for others (especially during finals) practice some self regulation and understand that when you enter quiet study spaces (especially ones that are not meant for you) that you are NOT supposed to be speaking at all.
