Top: Sae - went through adversity but still remain, good pc in the spring, fun parties, guys r hot and douchey, typical top frat mid top: sig chi, pi kapp, pike - all are on the same level, each have there own good/different qualities, all good frats, guys r cool and parties are fun, fun parties this sem by all three. Low top: theta chi(ep), phi delt, beta- theta chi is new but its sig ep guys they will def be moving up with SAE no question once they get more guys, phi delt had a good pc and good parties and are establishing themselves well, beta has fun parties and good guys and a good pc too. Upper middle: zbt - they have a house and give A ton of money to every sorority, they have had some fun parties, but the guys r hit or miss, better than aepi tho. Low Middle: aepi- nothing wrong with aepi, they r just your average frat, they have a house but that doesn’t mean they r anything special, fun parties and some cool dudes. bottom: tke, asig, lambda-all the same tke is best of the three.
