1. SAE: pretty indisputable for the time being 2a. Pike: was probably 2b before semester, but had the best PC and hosted the best party of the year (Jungle) 2b. Pikapp: also great PC, co-hosted Jungle party, but no house is a killer 4. Chi: mid PC, mid parties this sem, still good frat 5. Beta: good PC, some fun parties, could move up but probably won’t anytime soon 6. Aepi/ZBT/Phi Delt/Theta: all have had some fun parties, but for the most part still lower mid with not too many good guys 7. TKE: bottom frat, but at least they’re better than the two below them 8. Lambda/ASig: nothing going for them, long way to go
