Idk about frats but I don’t think it really factors much into rushing and it just kinda depends on the year. In sororities I’ve met a lot in SDT and also chi o, prob because SDT takes a lot of Miami girls so naturally some latinas but there could be more in other sororities I don’t know about. If you’re asking for rushing purposes there is also Latin American frats and sororities here but they are much smaller and have different priorities but they may be worth looking into
