2min Videos were an awful way to judge candidates. All it did was lean the selection to girls who already knew girls in the sorority in some way. Reinforces all the negative stereotypes of sororities. Truly against any notion of “sisterhood” A step back for Greek life. Bad call by panhellenic and a overall negative experience for a vast majority that really didn’t need to happen.
