Not true. All groups go through ups and downs. Years ago deeph was waaayyyy bottom and sdt all looked the same and smoked a lot. Tops have changed over the years and always will. I heard KKG used to be top and they are long gone. You never know so really there is no such thing as a top tier since what makes a top tier is different for all. And what guys look for is hugely different from what girls want in a sorority. So usually if someone says that SDT or deeph top they are in it or a guy who likes to party with a certain type.
