Yeah ofc. So I said that because from what I’ve heard from people in Pi phi it can be a little like you either love it or don’t with people, and because it may be a bit more of a commitment due to them being new and probably needing more from their members. They don’t get to be as lax on requirements for who shows up to what. So chi o, popularity wise as far as reputation goes they are on par or a little above pi phi overall depending who you ask, so I wouldn’t let that factor into a decision. As for their reputation in other ways generally one of the most diverse groups and known for being a little more laid back and very welcoming. They are the second newest group behind Pi phi so there are probably still things to figure out but they are a little more established. Over the last few years they have been getting strong pledge classes, so honestly if I was writing this when I was a freshman it would be different but they have improved a lot. A lot of partiers but it’s not everybody, and they seem to take a lot of different types of people. It’s not the sorority to join if you want to mix with sig ep every week, but I think they have decent connections with some of the lower and maybe mid tier frats and I know probably most of the individual girls go out a bit, same with Pi phi. Honestly they would both be solid choices, I think Chio overall has a reputation for having more genuine girls, and may be an easier place for most people to make friends because they have so many different types of people and they can be a little more lax about requirements just because they have more girls. But, from what I’ve heard about pi phi if you click than you really click, so it’s just about where you see yourself honestly.
