Top tier is the Sigs: Sig Ep, Sigma Chi, SAE Tier 2 can throw but srat ties aren’t as good as the Sigs: PiKapp, Pike, Beta Tier 3 is the true middle, pretty solid houses: AEPI, Phi Delt Tier 4 is new frats that have a chance to maybe not be bottom: TKE, ZBT Tier 5 is established frats that suck and probably always will: ASig, Lambda I don’t make the rules
