Thinking about transferring to UM for fall 2021... I would be a sophomore. Is there COB in the fall (and if so which srats do it?), and is it recommended, or should I wait until spring rush. I really just want to meet people in the fall which is why I’d be interested in COB, but only if all/most of the srats do it.
