From what I saw rushing last spring... "Top" frats (sigs + pikapp) will have around 200-300 sign-ins and ~20-30 kids in their PCs. I'd be careful here, since most of these kids already decided what half of their PC is gonna look like. "Mid" frats will probably have around 100-200 kids sign in, and take ~15-25 kids in their PC. It varies based on their numbers each year. As you go "lower" it gets less competitive.
