Phi delt's house will go to pike next year, since Pike nationals owns it technically. But honestly even if Phi Delt (or Beta or Sammy) got offered the Lambda house, they'd probably all turn it down since they're loaded with solid off-campus houses. Rumor has it that Lambda might be getting the house next year since they're re-building their charter and starting new again. If so it probably won't happen till Fall 2020 since it's a new academic year.
