First of all F Sig Ep. They’re tools. That said, having a house is a huge drawback (cough Zeebs) when the biased SAE Dean is jonesing to toss them off campus. By being off campus they keep their dirt and parties off school property. And because they’re shallow dbagz they bid guys with a lot of money who pull. So they have nice off campus cribs and babes party with them. There’s a whole lot of things to rip Sig Ep for. Basically being a country club of future banker tools, not being involved, being super shallow, superficial friendships, zero brotherhood. But I think if you asked Sig Chi they’re probably pretty annoyed they have the house. Occupying university property when you’re an underage beer/weed/vape club that hazes is probably a bad idea.
