Sig Ep doesn’t have a house on campus which has cons. Can’t tailgate by themselves and rely on other frats. Mix of personalities from nice to douchey. Some squids. Overall, good looking. Pikapp has arguably the best yard on campus which is why they throw good tailgates. Care less about looks then sig ep and sae. Some squids but have risen significantly with their new classes. SAE has turf and good house. Only one floor but layout is nice. They’re a good frat but are in some hot water. A lot of rich good looking kids but also pull a lot of gweetos. Some kids are way too full of themselves.
