Nice try Priepke. Sig Ep wants no part of an on campus university owned property. Between nationals and the school having more control and room for problems that’s a no go. No house is the move. Like you said, they got money. That means really nice places in surrounding communities. Outside of school and nationals reach. If you’re a top tier frat on campus houses are way more of a liability than an asset.
