The top tier does not include pi kapp. Its SAE Sig ep and Sig chi. But this semester it’s very obvious whos doing better. Sig ep is dropping back down to where they were 2 years ago, parties have not been as good, bad pc, and mooching on Sig chi. Sig chi continues to be sketchy which gives them a hit on their rep. SAE has consistently killed it this semester and is easily ahead. I’m not sure where everyone is getting pikapp from
