Sig Ep- if youre foreign, have a lot of money or a gym freak. you dont get hazed or have to worry about the liability of a house. basically a group of dudes who get together to throw pregames for the club and the occasional bangers on saturdays 2. SAE- the best and nicest house on campus. have fallen off a bit but have a good national rep and not too bad hazing, ideal if youre a nice guy 3. PiKapp- basically has eveolved into SAE II, really care about brotherhood and kind of the streotypical frat, if you like to try hard and mob the grove this is the one for you but all around very solid and up and coming 4.
