Here it goes. Sig Ep - Pros: Best parties. Preposterously hot gfs. Great club scene. Overall surprisingly nice kids. Half their guys look like male models. Deep pockets. Below average pledging difficulty. Limited on campus events means less chance of trouble with school. Cons: No real brotherhood, little unity, more cliques than a sorority, materialistic. Their rush is more superficial than DGs was. Secretly soft. No on campus house. Sigma Chi - Pros: Hot gfs. Good parties when not on probation. Strong tailgates. Tight brotherhood. "Bad boy" vibe. Average to slightly below average pledging difficulty. On campus house that causes them issues with SAE dean. Cons: Jersey and Long Island stereotypes. Fake tough guys everywhere. Poor relations with SDT. SAE's dean is jonesing to kick them off. They also suck at rushing kids for some reason. SAE - Pros: Dominant leadership, best grades, untouchable to administration, cakewalk pledgeship, Jungle is underrated. Nicest on campus house. Cons: Laughably soft. Like softer than ZTA soft. Too "open minded" for their own good. Some guys struggle with girls. Rush kids like a bunch of geeds. Fading fast Pi Kapp - Pros: Fun hang, nice kids. Good tailgates. Parties are lit. Really are moving up fast. Kind of like a bootleg version of Sig Ep/Sigma Chi. Cons: Cornered the market on tryhards. Pledging most likely to result in a death. Always on quadruple secret probation. May or may not be "fabulous." ZBT - Pros: Extra deep pockets. Best club nights. Party hard. I mean hard. Pull way way better than they should by looking at them. Cons: If you don't have a Manhattan or LA zip code you're balled, not superficial enough during rush, might party "too hard" too often, white guys in streetwear. Excessive hazing. All other frats - Pros: You're in a frat, can throw parties, make friends and meet girls. Cons: How much time you got?
