First of all, I am so sorry you are going through this- but there are so many things you can do to feel better. You should make an appointment at the counseling center! If you are on the UM student insurance and have paid the initial fee, counseling is free for students and there are so many amazing people there who have helped so many others. If you are not in Miami for the summer a lot of mental health professionals offer a sliding scale with discounts for students.
