What is the point of connecting with all the guys in the fraternity if the rush chair is the one who is in charge of giving out bids and being in charge of the invites only events. What’s the point of vibing with all of the guys and hanging out with them after Rush like at the Grove or at the Ratz. If at the end it’s out of their control and the Rush chair is the one who is in charge of making the cuts for the next round.
