Probably no harder than other top tier. They just have a more narrow range of dudes they consider. If you fit their mold it's probably easier than other chapters because those dudes will let you know pretty early. Being off campus they don't really need to follow any school schedule. Either be loaded, jacked, and good with girls or be absurdly wealthy and foreign. Sigma Chi is probably equally selective. They just look for different things.
