Some people view Pi Kapp as borderline top on par with or better than SAE. You get a lot more variety in this level. There are kids in Pi Kapp dating some of the hottest girls at the school but it's not as uniform as Sig Ep and Sigma Chi. Other people like ZBT and Beta. Some like Sammy. Consensus outside the top tier: Pi Kapp ZBT if you're from NYC, Beta if you really liked SAE Sammy
