Considering no one lives on campus after freshman year it's pretty damn irrelevant. Also the best parties are always off campus. If you're deciding on bids you shouldn't consider if there's a house. Pick based on who pulls better, has better parties, has better club nights. For the frats that have houses their best parties are still off campus. Like ZBT Mansion and Sigma Chi Christmas. Only the lames in SAE actually try and to have parties at the house. And they're beat
