Frats Upper: Sig Chi/Sig Ep SAE Upper Middle: Sammy/Pi Kapp Middle: Beta ZBT/Phi Delt AEPi/Kappa Sig Lower: Lambda Alpha Sig Each frat on the same line is probably equal. Sig Chi and Sig Ep are both at the top right now and SAE isn't far behind. Sammy and Pi Kapp are both a good step above the mid tiers and I don't think you can call one better than the other because they're completely different vibes. In the middle Beta has definitely been doing the best, could probably put them upper middle too. ZBT and Phi delt i think are also pretty equal but completely different vibes. AEpi and Kap Sig I put in the middle just because they both do better than lambda and alpha sig, although they are still a good step below Phi Delt/ZBT
