I'd say sig chi is best. Then sig ep. SAE is more like a slightly cooler version of Pi Kapp that is in love with IFC. Sig chi is probably chiller and more like a typical frat. It's diverse and has harder pledging and hazing but their brotherhood is tighter. Better parties, more stuff on campus. More different types of guys. Sig ep has some really chill guys that get smokeshows but some of them are kind of spoiled rich kid snobs, even for a school like UM. They think they're pretty boys so some of them are tools. No real pledging, just work outs and partying. Kids kind of do their own thing, less brotherhood. SAE is alright if you get cut from the top 2 and want an easier pledge semester.
