Sig Ep has been 3rd in most in most rankings and they deserved to be last year but this year, they have. Slipped. I would bump them down to 5th and move pikapp up to 3rd. Why?? I bet all girls can agree the Kanye West pool party was the best party of the year. There angels and demons was great too. Sig Ep's halloween party on that Wednesday was just ok at best. Way overccrowded with girls. I know this and I am not even in a frat.
